Self-massage, seated massage, foot massage, energising massage, Aquazen in the pool – in short, who doesn’t love a good massage ?
One for foodies. Forage for wild plants and create your own “Méribel salad”. You will also love the 3V workshops, “végétal, varié et vivant” (vegetable, varied and living)..
ATake part in novel coaching sessions with qualified wellbeing practitioners. You could learn how to breathe better or try a new technique such as mindful meditation.
