The Website’s content is published by Méribel Tourisme. ALTIMAX designed the Website and were responsible for the technical development of the Website in its current form. ESPUMA created the graphics for the Website in 2016. The Website’s graphics were overhauled by ALTIMAX in Autumn 2018.

If all or part of any of the provisions laid down in these terms of use should prove invalid in accordance with a legal or regulatory provision or final court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions or the part of the affected provision deemed valid.
