Le Défi de l'Olympe

Description

The Olympe Challenge is a running contest you can take part in solo or in a team. How many climbs can you manage? The goal is to complete the maximum number of ascents in the allotted 6 hours time period.

Méribel Sport Montagne invites you to take part in the Olympic Challenge, a fun event for keen runners and the perfect warm up for the Trail running season.

The steep, timed climb runs up along the river from Brides-les-Bains to the centre of Les Allues-Méribel over a six hour period. The core challenge is the 520 metre vertical rise over a 3.5km course. Your thighs and calves will have some respite: the descents are non-competitive and are made via the ski lifts!
