“Yogi marmots:” relaxing weekend and hiking in the mountains

Two professionals, one from the mountains, one in Yoga to bring you to a mountain corner in the heart of the Vanoise National Park in the middle of marmots. You can taste yoga by the lakes, next to a stream and among the flowers. We will leave for two days with a night in a refuge to fully enjoy Nature and Yoga and recharge our batteries.

Here and there, Asanas or postures, pranayama or yogic breathing techniques, greetings or flow, meditation, relaxation and anchoring will be there.
