In 2021, Maison Fenestraz opens a new destination in Salento, in the heart of this beautiful region of Puglia.
The Italian evening of "La Table du Ruitor" is an opportunity to share the gastronomy and the richness of flavours of this authentic corner of paradise.

- Traditional Italian Vegetable Minestrone
- Carpaccio of Sea Bream, Sweet Pepper and "Maison Fenestraz" Extra Fine Olive Oil
- Creamy Risotto with Truffle and Poultry
- Tiramisu

If you come with children, a children's menu at 14 € is available on site for them.
